How to read the results
Average rating <3.5 stars: your pricing page has serious clarity issues. Prioritize a redesign.
Average rating 3.5-4.0: good but room for improvement. Fix specific issues from open-text.
Average rating >4.0: pricing page is clear. Focus optimization efforts elsewhere.
Q2: If visitors consistently pick the wrong plan for their described needs, your plan naming or feature descriptions are misleading.
Q4: If >40% select one option, that's the #1 thing to add to the page.
What to do next
If rating is low: audit the full pricing page layout. Common fixes: reduce plan options from 4 to 3, add feature comparison table, highlight recommended plan.
Add whatever Q4 identifies as most-needed.
Rewrite any features that Q3 reveals as confusing.
Re-run the survey after changes and compare star rating.
